In charge of leading & managing key Eucerin - Modern Trade customers, also indirectly manage supervisors in store operation & driving MT expansion for assigned channel.
Accountable for coverage, distribution and merchandising of products, as well as supporting operation team in order to achieve profit and sale volume objectives in assigned in MT channel.

III.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.MT Planning (70%):
Develop channel strategy, promotion & visibility plan by assigned key account.
Achieve Sales in targets within given budget.
Drive MT expansion with all assortment list-in.
Improve efficiency e.g. trading term, sales in, MT activities… etc.
Provide monthly review by analyzing sales performance and market competition.
Handle for sale ordering.
Manage pricing by execute ‘ONE PRICE’ strategy.
2.MT Operation (30%):
Collaborate with operation team for:
Smooth communication with related person to ensure all activities is well implementation.
