To support our growing operations, we are looking for a dynamic SeniorProcurement Specialist or Assistant Procurement Manager for the post of Assistant Purchasing Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure material availability.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate supplier performance.
Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize risks.
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet procurement requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in procurement activities.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor data.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in labels or packaging manufacturing.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
