Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

1. Responsible for receiving customer requests and offering appropriate solutions and directions
2. Plan and implement projects within the time, budget and conditions allowed
3. Develop new business strategies to serve the development needs of the business
4. Keep abreast of changes in business plan implementation, staff management, and overall job performance support
5. Build and maintain relationships with customers, lead employees in the company to ensure the successful implementation of all business projects
6. Support business staff to implement and complete plans and objectives within the time allowed
7. Support the inspection and audit process of company leaders
8. Manage and supervise the daily work of sales department staff
9. Guide, support and organize training when necessary
10. Support the operations and budget use of the business department
11. Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Graduate from university or higher majors in Finance, Economics, Business Administration,…
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the same position
• Good English, especially speaking and writing skills
• High sense of responsibility at work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office office suite and other business and business management support software
• Logical thinking and skills to collect, analyze information, data effectively
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Effective management and assignment skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Decisive and able to solve problems quickly
• Confident, professional and strong determination at work
