Primary Objective: Report and assist to Executive Director - Chief Merchandising Officer
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Supporting & Assisting (40%) - Japanese but not require Japanese speaker (English fluence is require)
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for CMO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
Interpreting for the CMO in meetings and conferences
Translating documents, and emails related to daily work as required
Plans, coordinates and ensures the CMO's schedule is followed and respected.
Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the
President, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Assist in preparing content and participating in the CMO's meetings as an assistant when assigned
Assist the CMO in transferring information and gathering feedback other departments
2. Lead the organization, promote challenges and drive growth (30%)
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between CMO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for CMO, some of which may have organizational impact.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Promote solutions to various problems centered on MD with independence and a sense of ownership.

3. Solve essential problems (20%)
Organize problems, find bottlenecks, and work with all relevant departments to resolve them
High communication skills, respect for others, and strong will are required.
4. Other duties assigned by CMO (10%)
Job Requirement
Qualification and Job Requirements:
University degree (Business Administration/ Economic, etc.)
Good in English
Good problem solving skills.
Good command of spoken and written English
Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet .
Strong communication skill (both verbal & written).
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
