TỔNG QUAN/ JOB SUMMARY:

Trợ lý Kỹ sư trưởng cấp cao chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ Kỹ sư trưởng Cấp Cao trong công tác kiểm tra vận hành, bảo trì tòa nhà và chịu trách nhiệm các công tác khi Kỹ sư trưởng Cấp Cao điều động/ Assistant to Senior Chief Engineer will assist the Senior Chief Engineer in inspection, building operations and maintenance and assume direct responsibility in the Senior Chief Engineer’s dispatches.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Hỗ trợ Kỹ sư trưởng cấp cao trong các công tác quản lý vận hành, bảo trì hệ thống kỹ thuật của các dự án, hỗ trợ quy trình/tiêu chuẩn vận hành cho các dự án, tư vấn nhận bàn giao dự án, kiểm tra và báo cáo hiện trạng của tòa nhà/ Support Senior Chief Engineer in operations management, maintenance of technical systems of projects, support for operating procedures/standards for projects, consulting on project handover, inspect and report on the condition of the building.

2. Hỗ trợ khảo sát dự án báo giá/đấu thầu bảo trì lắp đặt hệ thống thiết bị kỹ thuật, tính toán tiêu thụ năng lượng, tính toán chi phí bảo trì MEP phục vụ hồ sơ đấu thầu quản lý vận hành/ Support for project surveying, quotation/tendering for installation and maintenance of technical equipment systems, energy consumption calculation, MEP maintenance cost calculation to serve the tender management operation file.

3. Thống kê các Benchmark, Case Study của các dự án do công ty đang vận hành, và các thống kê khác liên quan đến vận hành tòa nhà như thống kê tiêu thụ năng lượng, thống kê chi phí bảo trì, thống kê theo chuyên đề liên quan phòng cháy chữa cháy, môi trường, an ninh, đặc thù thiết kế…/ Statistics of Benchmarks, Case Studies of projects operated by the company, and other statistics related to building operation such as energy consumption statistics, maintenance cost statistics, statistics by specialty Topics related to fire safety, environment, security, design features…

4. Hỗ trợ Kỹ sư trưởng cấp cao kiểm tra công tác vận hành tòa nhà của các kỹ sư trưởng dự án/ Support Senior Chief Engineer to check the building operation of the Chief Engineers at the projects.

5. Đảm nhận trách nhiệm Kỹ sư trưởng dự án khi Kỹ sư trưởng cấp cao điều động/ Assume responsibility of the project’s Chief Engineer when dispatched by the Senior Chief Engineer.

6. Thực hiện kiểm tra tác phong, kỷ luật, thái độ làm việc và kỹ năng xử lý tình huống của nhân sự bộ phận kỹ thuật khi cần thiết, đảm bảo các hướng dẫn của Kỹ sư trưởng cấp cao được tuân thủ/ Make inspections on manners, discipline, working attitude and problem solving of all employees to ensure that Senior Chief Engineer's instructions are adhered.

7. Giám sát và thông báo cho Kỹ sư trưởng cấp cao kịp thời về tất cả các sự kiện xảy ra trong bộ phận và các dự án/ Supervise and promptly report all events occurring within the department and projects to the Senior Chief Engineer.

8. Thông báo cho Kỹ sư trưởng cấp cao về diễn biến tiến độ công việc, hiệu suất công việc và kỷ luật (nếu có)/ Notify the Senior Chief Engineer of the progress of work, work performance, and discipline (if any) of the team.

9. Báo cáo, theo dõi tình hình nhân sự các dự án cho Kỹ sư trưởng cấp cao/ Report and monitor the personnel situation of projects for the Senior Chief Engineer.

10. Hỗ trợ Kỹ sư trưởng cấp cao đào tạo cho các cấp kỹ thuật tại các dự án khi cần thiết/ Support Senior Chief Engineer in training for all technical levels at projects.

11. Tham dự các cuộc họp theo sự phân công của Kỹ sư trưởng cấp cao/ Attend meetings as assigned by Senior Chief Engineer.

12. Giám sát, kiểm tra sự tuân thủ nhân viên kỹ thuật thực hiện đúng nội quy, quy định và quy trình quản lý - vận hành - bảo trì kỹ thuật/ Monitor and inspect technical staff to ensure compliance with regulations, rules, and procedures for technical management, operation, and maintenance.

13. Đảm bảo các báo cáo hàng ngày/hàng tuần /hàng tháng/hàng quý/hàng năm được soạn thảo và nộp đúng thời hạn/ Ensure all daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annually reports are prepared and and submitted on schedule.

14. Thực hiện các chính sách và thủ tục của bộ phận theo hướng dẫn của Kỹ sư trưởng cấp cao/ Comply the department's policies and procedures as instructed by Senior Chief Engineer.

15. Thiết lập và duy trì các kênh liên lạc giữa các bộ phận điều hành một cách hiệu quả/ Establish and maintain communication channels between operative departments.

Các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên/ Perform other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirement

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên về ngành Điện – điện tử, Điện công nghiệp, Điện lạnh, Cơ điện/ Graduated from college above majoring in Electrical, Industrial Electricity, Refrigeration, Mechanical & Electrical.
• Kiến thức về quản trị nguồn nhân lực, lãnh đạo/ Leadership & Human Resource management skills.
• Kỹ năng ứng xử, đàm phán và giao tiếp tốt để giao tiếp với đồng nghiệp, khách hàng và các bên liên quan khác/ Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
• Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng (MS Word, Excel, Power point) Auto CAD/ Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point), Auto CAD.
• Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm Vận hành hệ thống kỹ thuật các dự án / At least 3 years experiences in related field, experience in operating technical systems of projects is preferred.
• Am hiểu về hệ thống M.E.P của tòa nhà, xử lý tình huống, giải quyết vấn đề, trung thực, nhanh nhẹn/ Be well-informed about the M.E.P of the building, problem solving, honesty and agility.
• Kỹ năng lập, dự toán chi phí và thi công các hạng mục M.E.P/ Set up, cost estimation and construction techniques of M.E.P items.
• Chủ động, có năng lực, linh hoạt và sẵn sàng học hỏi/ Proactive, competency, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Trách nhiệm và bảo mật thông tin về nhiệm vụ và công việc/ Responsibility and confidentiality regarding tasks and work information.
• Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian tốt với khả năng làm việc đa nhiệm/ Organizational and time management skills with the ability to work multitasking.
• Trình độ học vấn để viết báo cáo và thuyết trình/ Literacy for writing reports and presentations.
