Job Description

Bewell Sai Gon Health Clinic Company LTD; a member of IFF Holdings, specializes in Medical. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Assistant to the (BOD)/Chairwoman position working at The Oxygen Buildings 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City with the following requirements:

  1. Board Meeting Coordination
    • Schedule, organize, and attend Board meetings.
    • Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and minutes.
  2. Communication Management
    • Act as the liaison between Board members/Chairwoman and clinic leadership.
    • Handle Board-related correspondence.
  3. Documentation and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain and organize records of Board meetings, decisions, and actions.
  4. Logistical Support
    • Organize travel and meeting logistics for Board members.
  5. Reporting and Compliance
    • Track Board decisions/Chairwomen’s instructions and follow up on action items.
    • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulations

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • More than 3 years of experience in the same position
  • Analytic mindset, proactive, dedicated, committed
  • Problem solving skills
  • Fluently in English
