RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

Demand Planning

• Lead and oversee all aspects of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management: Inventory Planning; Inventory Health; Inventory Visibility; Capacity Planning.
• Develop and implement comprehensive demand forecasting strategies, including demand sensing and shaping techniques.

Supply Planning

• Drive supply planning initiatives
• Monitor and analyze inventory health metrics, such as turnover rates, stockouts, and excess inventory.

Inventory Management

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 20 professionals, including demand planners, supply chain analysts, and inventory managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Partnership

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
• Engage with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Leadership

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 20 professionals, including demand planners, supply chain analysts, and inventory managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement

• Utilize advanced supply chain planning tools and technologies.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain management.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

• We are looking for a supply chain lover so please be ready to show that.
• Experienced professionals with a minimum 5 years in Supply Chain. Experience in Supply Planning and Production planning is a must. Similar experience in E-commerce and particularly Amazon is highly valued.
• Both the theory-driven and data-driven approaches in solving problems.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Hands-on experience with applying analytical techniques. Fluent one or multiple Analytic languages (R, MySQL, Python, …) will be counted as plus points but not obligatory.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills. 
• Intellectual curiosity & honesty. 
• Strong leadership is required because this position will lead a team of 10 HCs.
• Willing to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude.
