B2B Sales Executive (Automobile)

Job Description

• Set sales targets for dealers and achieve them through frequent visits
• Manage and monitor dealer’s daily sales operations in compliance with the company’s sales policies, conduct training, and maintain dealer motivation
• Ensure dealers comply with laws and regulations related to automobile sales (Decree 116, etc.)
• Guide dealers to improve customer satisfaction by frequently visiting dealers and working as a dealer staff to develop advanced customer service skills and be able to respond to customer needs, requests, and all inquiries
• Control inventory to make sure dealers adhere to stock standards for vehicles and parts
• Analyze sales data and reports about market trends, competitors and dealers’ problems and challenges, then make regular and timely reports (situation, countermeasure, action plan, etc.) to superiors and General Directors
• Conduct on-site activities to improve service retention rates and increase end-of-life sales of genuine parts
• Do other tasks as required by Managers
