1. Industry:Air Conditioning Cleaning Service – Human Resources Service (HR Service) – Accounting Service
Target Customers:Korean enterprises operating in Vietnam & local companies.
3. Business Development
* Develop and implement B2B business strategies for each service group (cleaning – HR – accounting).
* Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with Korean enterprises (in industrial zones, offices, and factories).
* Directly negotiate, discuss contracts, prepare quotations, and close deals with corporate clients.
* Coordinate with the technical, HR, and accounting departments to ensure service delivery meets commitments
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar B2B role.
Proven experience in contract negotiation, business development, and team management.
