B2B Sales Supervisor - Industrial channel

Job Description

• Developing B2B Sales business for C&I, Manufacturing channel
• Representing our company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Finding, approaching and developing new customers
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers to maximize the sales
• Market research
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers
• Cooperating with other departments for supporting of price, delivery
• Encourage customers buying more products
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Weekly and monthly customer’s report
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Job Requirement

• 5 years experience in sales, preferable in Food, Hospitality, Travelling, C&I & Manufacturing channel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Motivation and ambition to succeed
• Good level of English spoken and written

• Total income from 25-40million (salary and Sales incentive)
