Objective:
· More than just a brewer, a Barista at Porsche Vietnam is a companion, bringing joy and sharing stories through each carefully crafted drink.
· Create quality beverages that bring customers satisfaction.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
· Plan the drink menu and prepare drinks according to standard recipes, ensuring consistent quality and flavor.
· Perform professional bartending techniques, including latte art.
· Create and suggest new drinks suitable for trends, seasons, events, …
· Provide excellent customer experience by creating a welcoming and pleasant environment; attentively listening to identify customer needs and effectively communicating menu options, offering recommendations while engaging in brief conversations.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering fast and professional services.
· Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace, ensuring it is utilized for its intended purposes.
· Check and ensure the quality of ingredients and mixing equipment.
· Control and supervise inventory of foods and beverages, plan the order purchase.
· Submit payment requests for any expenses incurred, primarily related to F&B and the bar.
· Ensure all equipment is in good condition and under routine maintenance. If any issues arise, report them to the manager promptly.
· Coordinate with colleagues to ensure daily activities run smoothly.
· Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
· Other ad hoc assignments and projects.
Requirements and Attitude:
· At least 2 years of working experience in similar position.
· A certification from a recognized barista training program.
· Good English communication skills.
· Professional beverage preparation knowledge and skills.
· Clean, tidy, well-groomed and professional appearance.
· Proactive, friendly, approachable and positive attitude.
· Customer centricity mindset.
· Problem solving skills.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
