· Work closely and support directly to Sales/Marketing/Services and Logistic.
Key mission:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring efficient and profitable functioning of the branch, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and team performance. This role includes managing staff, driving sales, maintaining compliance, and achieving operational goals.
Sales & Business Development:
· Develop and implement strategies to meet branch sales targets and business growth objectives.
· Identify local market opportunities and build relationships with new and existing customers.
· Promote branch services/products to drive customer acquisition and retention.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
· Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
Leadership & Team Management:
· Supervise, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.
· Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and updates.
· Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
· Address and resolve employee performance issues effectively.
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Monitor branch performance metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Manage the branch budget and financial performance.
· Ensure exceptional service delivery to build trust and loyalty.
· Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
Ensure all branch operations are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee security protocols to protect branch assets.
Reporting
Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve branch operations and achieve strategic goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to follow:
· Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
· Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
· Staff performance and engagement levels.
· Operational efficiency and compliance scores.
Job Requirement
Must have:
· At least 02 years of experience in Sales; Marketing, Bussiness Adminstration
· Proficient (intermediate) skills on MS Office software pack.
Referred and Plus:
· Have experience with Audio Equipment field or Similar.
· Good relationship with Audio/Electronics Dealers and Channels (retailer-wholesalers), especially in North Side
· Have extensive knowledge and experience in using data analytics tools, such as Power BI, Excel
Education and Language:
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Upper Intermediate Level (B2) in English.
