Job Description

As the Branch Manager for our Da Nang office, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a team, and ensuring the smooth execution of freight forwarding and logistics services. You will work closely with senior management to implement business strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver excellent customer service.

Branch Operations Management:

  • Oversee all operations of the Da Nang branch, ensuring efficient handling of logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the branch’s budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.
  • Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate billing and financial transactions related to freight forwarding operations.

Reporting and Strategy:

  • Report regularly to senior management regarding branch performance, market trends, and business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management on setting strategic goals and KPIs for the branch.
  • Implement strategies to drive growth and meet business targets.

Job Requirement

  • At least 5 years of experience in the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of freight forwarding operations, shipping, logistics, and customs regulations.
  • Strong business acumen, including experience in financial management and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and (spoken and written). Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
