This role involves assisting in product lifecycle management, conducting market analysis, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting sales teams to drive product performance.
Develop and execute product marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
Create promotional materials and marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Monitor and track product performance, collecting insights to enhance future marketing strategies.
Work closely with sales teams to provide necessary product training and marketing support.
Coordinate with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry associations, to strengthen brand presence.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
Job Requirement
Professional Background
University graduate, Pharmacist background.
5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market, with pharma/ healthcare sales insights.
Competency Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as an individual performer, managing multiple tasks effectively.
Good interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Basic knowledge of market research and data interpretation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
