This position is critical in inheriting and efficiently managing traditional internal activities while simultaneously strengthening our culture and elevating our reputation. You will work closely with the C-level team and be supported by a team deeply committed to fostering employee engagement.
I. Responsibilities
1. Fostering Company Culture
Culture Building: Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating environments where employees can thrive by digitizing the employee experience and fostering a vibrant company culture.
Event Management: Plan, design, and produce events. Ensure timely execution within set budgets.
Internal Communication: Develop and deliver strategic communication campaigns and materials through various internal communication channels.
Support Union Activities: Actively coordinate and support the company’s labor union events and activities.
Reporting: Provide regular feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders regarding event outcomes and initiatives.
2. Spreading Employment Branding
Strengthen Employer Value Proposition (EVP): Define and clearly articulate the company’s EVP while creating engaging content and campaigns to highlight these values.
Onboarding Experiences:
Collaborate with HR to ensure new hires experience a seamless onboarding process that emphasizes company values, culture, and team spirit.
Conduct weekly welcome training sessions to introduce the company culture
External Branding Campaigns:
Manage and develop external communication channels, such as Fanpages, Facebook Groups, websites, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Participate in external career fairs, hackathons, and tech events to promote the company’s brand.
Showcase the company's culture through creative storytelling on recruitment platforms.
Measurement & Reporting: Design measurement methods to assess the effectiveness of EB activities and report key findings to the line manager.
3. Collaboration with IC/EB Teams
Work closely with the IC/EB team of BSS Commerce to ensure consistent development and alignment of the company's core culture across all departments and subsidiaries.

Job Requirement
III. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Economics, HR, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communication, or related roles.
Skilled in planning and executing campaigns with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in editing, proofreading, and creating compelling content.
Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and basic video editing software.
Exceptional communication skills (digital, social, print, and verbal).
Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of data-driven strategies to assess and improve EB and IC initiatives.
Nice-to-Have
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
