- Manage all production activities in Brewing department whithin ensuring safety, quality, efficiency.
- Accountable for planning & organising production schedule to satisfy deman planning. Optimizing & balancing resources to get productive plan.
- Budgeting & manage department cost with aherencing to Company Strategy & Budget. Analysis loss& waste for apporiate priotizing on gap closing
- Develop Team Engagement through People development plan, unlock potential telents, build up engaging & productive Team
- Leading Department improvement projects. Plan for projects to achive defined Target on Safety, quality, efficiency… Implementation & flexible adjustment based on actual manufacturing situation
- Collaborate with relevant department to align on business viewing
- Leading & implement requirement from organization system, regulation..
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Beer Manufacturing industry, at least 2 years in Production Manager position
- Be qualified in Beer Technology at Diploma or Equivalent level
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Food Techology or related field
- Strong technical knowledge in production & have knowledge in process control
- Know how to use problem solving tools: 5Why, Fishbone, PDCA and related analysis tools
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Good communication in English
- Good health, dynamic & active & decisive in working, creative
- Good interaction skill, Win-win attitude in working, Discipline & high-responsible
