Benefits

Follow the plan of ships, barges. Updating field information in the plan monitoring boards
Monitor and compare volumes with ports, shipping units, insurance units
Completing records of port payments, shipping units, monitoring and updating debts
Manage and track Contracts/Documents from units
Support searching for related service providers
Other office related tasks as required.

University Degree/ College (Foreign trade/Export & Import/Sea Transport major is preferable).
2-year experience working in the same position.
Able to work 24/7 depending on the actual ship plan.
Able to communicate and maintain a good relationship with parties.
Have basic knowledge about bulk shipment.
Be fluent in English.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good planning, time, and project management skills.
Have proficient writing & reporting skills.
High problem-solving skills, good observation, and analysis skills.
Expertise in using emails, internet searching, and Microsoft Office 365.
