Business Analyst Specialist (Good English Communication)

Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our requester and delivery teams to discover and define requirements, form a vision, and successfully delivery solutions to end users.

• Receive requirements from Product Owners in Vietnam and The Philippines.
• Provide and consult solutions matched with the customer’s business
• Provide detailed specifications with mockup, workflow, user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Join the scrum team grooming to explain user stories for developers and the quality team
• Collaborate with internal teams to conduct UAT and release product features to clients
• Ensure the engineering team delivers features that fulfill business values for end customers.
• Conduct sprint review with customer by demoing the completed features
