1. Manage certain expense accounts and relating process to ensure the proper and reliable reports on monthly basis.
2. Do the accounts reconciliation at each month-end to ensure the transparency and clearness of ending balance.
3. Keep track of expenses and analysis the fluctuations of expenses monthly.
4. Work closely with other teams to review logistics/ Warehouse network design and ensure cost management.
5. In charge of VAT, Import tax, WHT, Loan, Statistics report.
6. Manage Fix asset system, monthly depreciation and disposal (if any).
7. Do the statistic and internal reports as assignment.
8. In-depth analysis of cost saving projects in operation areas and tracking of the incremental cost saving.
9. Ad-hoc tasks and rotation job need to be willing accept by jobholder, this job description may be changed over time as company growing.
10. Other tasks will be assigned by the leader from time to time.
