Interpretation Duties：Provide interpretation during internal meetings.
Support for New Business Initiatives：Plan and support the launch of new business initiatives.
Interdepartmental Coordination：Serve as a liaison between the business development department and other internal departments, managing communications.
Project support：Arrange samples for new projects without assigned personnel, compile the details, and instruct relevant departments.
Proposal of New Materials and Products：Introduce and propose new materials, additives, and machinery from Japanese companies in Vietnam to internal departments and customers.
Customer Escorting：Conduct factory tours for customers and provide other escorting services.
Project Coordination Role
Support for the Sales Team ：Assist the export sales team with procurement, purchasing tasks, and customer service support.
Coordinate with departments to resolve customer complaints
Deploy production processes from customers
Receive and check information from customers to relevant departments
Audit Preparation and Support
Think and Proposal of New Products and Services

Age: 25 – 30
Gender: female
Education: University graduation
Language: English at Business level, Japaness at N2
Experience: Having at least 3 year as sales export for foreign customers, priority given to the Food Processing industry
