As an HRO Business Development Consultant, the role involves identifying new business opportunities to generate revenue, enhancing profitability, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities include developing strategies to improve customer experience and building brand loyalty while understanding the needs of both existing and potential customers to offer the most suitable services and solutions.
Additionally, maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services and continuously innovating new ways to support businesses effectively is essential.
Accountabilities
a. Financial Goal Achievement: Be responsible for achieving individual financial targets.
b. Market research & Analysis:
Research market & economics trends, competitors to identify potential industries to build new clients for growth opportunities
Identify and communicate the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Prioritize and track investments across new product development initiatives.
Responsible for project management/ integrating new business ideas and/or acquisitions.
Work with business development team to achieve revenue growth, new leads.
Execute plans to transfer from new leads to close deals.
New product development inputs and proposals.
d. Regulatory Compliance:
Implement business development activities in compliance with company policies, working process, procedures, laws regulations, preventing compliance risks.
Support audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures (if being required).
e. Client Consultation & Support:
Answer inquiries from clients in a timely manner.
Contact relevant internal departments for special requests from clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high-quality service.
Job Requirement
Graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law).
At least 1-2 years of working experience in sales/business development. Deep knowledge in relevant industry, market, and company.
