Job Description
Business development team
• Seller recruitment(E-commerce business): Find new sellers in the home & living category for e-commerce to be listed on our platform
Internal
• Data & problem analysis: Identify, collect, analyze, and visualize data to define problems
• Solution planning implementation: Suggest solutions to improve the conversion rate in sales funnel from lead to won
• Process management: Build and optimize the current working process as automatic as possible
• Partner analysis: Segment and target the right potential group to improve the partnership process
• Market analysis: Identify both potential and ineffective market, potential business opportunities, and find product market fit to improve partner recruitment performance
• Partnership evaluation: Review and rate new and current partners, based on standardization, to improve the quality of partners
