Role Description
1. Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and drive company growth;
Conduct market research and develop strategies to expand the client base;
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals;
2. Recruitment cycle – sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates;
Conduct initial screenings and assessments;
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate database;
3. Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;
Act as a primary point of contact for clients;
Attend industry events to expand professional network;
Job Requirement
Our ideal candidate profile
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
Demonstrates integrity, loyalty, and a growth mindset (always self-learning for personal development);
Fluent in English;
Proficiency in using Canva and social media platforms;
Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills;
Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives;
