RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Developing growth strategies and plans for new brands & new stores expansion focused on financial modelling.
· Managing and retaining relationships with assigned principles & landlords.
· Having an in-depth knowledge of business brands and value proposition.
· Propose business development proposals for new brands & new stores, especially lay-out fulfillment at Rex Hotel & TTP.
· Consulted on business feasibility and proposed business plan and feasible through comprehensive financial modelling.
· Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
· Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
· Following industry trends locally and internationally.
· Negotiated and reviewed franchising agreements and rental agreement for all commercial term including for new brands and new stores launching.
· Lead business development meetings with prospective partners.
· Perform periodic tasks: submit business development reports and analyze data and assumptions of new brand launching aligned with financial objectives.
· Effectively coordinate with internal department in dealing with new brands and opening new stores such as Project, Product, Finance, Retails, Marketing Team.
· Hire, coach, manage subordinate under.
1. Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
2. Knowledge:
· Knowledge of fashion.
3. Experience:
· Previous experience as a brand strategic or business development or similar role.
4. Skill/ competence:
· Exceptional management skills and leading client meetings.
· Strong business acumen, network, research skills & Creativity.
· Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus.
· Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
· Proven ability to work independently and teamwork.
