· Develop short-term and long-term business strategies for the assigned sector:
- Research and analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends; Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for MEP business activities
- Take responsibility for managing, operating, investment effectiveness, business performance, and advising the General Director (GD) on decisions related to the assigned field; ensuring sales and profit targets are met or exceeded
· Manage business operations; Expand markets and find customers:
- Identify, develop, and build relationships with potential customers and partners related to the MEP field
- Collect feedback from the market to improve products/services; coordinate with technical departments to deploy optimal solutions for customers
- Monitor and assess business performance and take corrective actions if needed
· Manage relationships with partners and customers:
- Build and maintain relationships with large and strategic customers (companies, government agencies, international partners...)
- Research and update on new trends in the MEP industry
- Manage project progress and effectiveness, ensure customer service quality, and commit to customers on quality and time
· Build and Develop the Sales Team:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-quality business team
- Set goals and motivate business to Sales Executive
- Manage team performance and create a work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
· Conduct performance evaluations and report directly to GD and the board of Directors.
· University graduate or higher in Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Water Supply and Drainage or related fields
· Possession of certifications: PMP Project Management or Design/Supervision certifications issued by the Department of Construction, and Fire Safety certifications issued by the Fire Prevention and Fighting Department are advantages
· English equivalent to TOEIC 700 or higher, good listening and speaking skills
· At least 5 years of experience in equivalent positions and fields
· Experience working on large projects such as high-rise buildings, urban areas, factories, or shopping malls
· Sensitive and deep understanding knowledge of the MEP industry
· Strong skills in management, strategic planning, and decision-making
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients/partners
· Knowledge of legal documents related to the electrical industry and construction investment
· Knowledge of management and operation of electrical construction projects
· Proficiency in specialized software such as AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage.
