The key responsibilities for the role are as follow:
● Build and developing Corporate and Institutional strategic accounts
● Develop Key Account Management capability for WSE
● Build retail channel through Corporate Partnerships
● Drive awareness of WSE Corporate Partnerships offerings with the support of the marketing and Event Management team
1. Build and developing Corporate and Institutional strategic accounts
o Proactively engage with corporate and institutional key stakeholders to identify organizations with need for higher English proficiency
o Build corporate network through attending conferences, networking events, workshops, industry exhibitions. …
o Clearly identify the organizations needs in terms of English proficiency and develop a granular understanding of the decision-making structure of the client organization
o Leverage WSE Organizational English Proficiency Assessment asset to set-up a structured approach from the need assessment phase down to the monitoring of the execution of the program
o Relentlessly help the client stakeholders to accelerate the decision-making process of their organization while clearly understand their end-to-end decision-making procedures until deal closure and payment
o Monitor the execution of the project and prepare to report for WSE management and clients religiously
o Maintenance of an accurate pipeline and monthly forecast across existing accounts
o Collaborate with Retail sales and other stakeholders like Marketing and TMK to identify and develop potential Corporate Solutions accounts.
2. Collaborate with Key Account Management capability.
o Staff the Key Account Management function to ensure the adequate support for the stellar delivery execution of the strategic accounts
o Ensure key account management staff comply with our standardized delivery method to achieve stellar execution of the strategic accounts
o Drive recurring revenues from strategic accounts through productive and professional relationships with key client stakeholders as well as stellar delivery of the service provided
3. Build retail channel through Corporate Partnerships
o Identify and build a network of Corporate Partners to develop a robust retail acquisition channel of student’s
o Provide input in and deploy exclusive promotions offered to Corporate partner’s employees (and sometimes customers) that will stimulate the Corporate Partnerships channel
o Develop cross-promotional opportunities that will stimulate the Corporate Partnership channel
o Manage contracts and agreements with the corporate partners
- Strong experience at setting strategic goals, and at conceptualizing and executing high quality branding and marketing strategies
- Experience in corporate and partnerships sales, especially in education services and English learning environment in Vietnam, is preferred
- Experience in working with schools, universities and colleges is a plus
- Excellent understanding of sales and partnerships principles with proven records of sale target achievements.
- Have experience and understanding of marketing is a plus
- Leadership skills including motivating employees to perform well and task delegation for team members
- Great negotiation and good interpersonal skills
- Stellar communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English
- Autonomous, reliable, and collaborative
