KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with customer & ofi team in China, coordinate with operations and handle planning & business commercials
Identifying new business opportunities by researching potential markets, industries, and customers
Map value chains and Identify gaps to find out potential opportunities to participate in
Do market research to estimate sales volume and seasonality.
Find out value chain margins.
Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
Collaborating with operations, R&D, marketing, sales, and product development teams to develop strategies for new product/new market launches and promotions.
Understand potential customers’ requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.
Drive sales once a potential opportunity is identified
Drive initial branding efforts for selected products.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or relevant fields
2-5 years of hands on and demonstrable experience in Supply Chain planning field, Agri commodities/food/beverage sales in a professional environment
Good English & Chinese (Chinese equivalent to HSK4 or HSK5)
Good understanding of sales channels and good contacts
Knowledge of business development processes and frameworks
Understanding of costing and good business acumen
Good communication and negotiation skills. Highly skilled at networking
Highly motivated and self-driven individual who takes ownership
