Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies, plans, and budgets to meet business targets.
Lead the Sales Department to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.
Monitor and evaluate team and individual sales performance; propose timely solutions.
Identify new markets and customer needs; approach and introduce logistics service offerings.
Develop new logistics services based on market trends and company capabilities.
Update and present company profiles, including subsidiaries and joint ventures.
Propose customer-focused growth strategies to improve service quality and satisfaction.
Design and update incentive policies in coordination with other departments.
Build a professional, performance-driven, and collaborative team culture.
Manage Sales team operations, assign KPIs, coach, and support staff development.
Lead training, improve workflows, and ensure process effectiveness.
Analyze market data to propose appropriate sales strategies.

Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, Sales Team Leader, or equivalent role.
Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Relationship Management.
Solid knowledge of both domestic and international logistics business practices.
In-depth understanding of the logistics industry, including market trends, products, services, warehousing, and transportation.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships; strong time management and planning skills; persuasive and negotiation skills.
