1. Plan, develop, and drive strategic multi-channel expansion plans to reach out to new market segments and expand market shares.
2. Prepare and manage channel visit plans for the team and ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
3. Build relationships with partners, confidence, loyalty, awareness, and mutual benefits.
4. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize/ strengthen the overall GTM (Go-To-Market) capabilities and explore B2B/ B2C opportunities.
Develop/ Brainstorm creative GTM plans and initiatives with internal department and external partners.
5. Understand our consumer and products well and align with partners" strategy across all channels and ensure partners to range-in the Products
6. Provide market insights and monitor competition.
7. Product launch planning coordination with Marketing, Sales, and After Sales Team to ensure success in all.
Job Requirement
1. At least 2 – 3 years of experience in Business/ Channel Development with proven track records of success. Especially experience in the household electrical industry.
2. Can-do attitude with the ability to navigate in a growing start-up environment.
3. Business /channel development experience with an electronic retail brand is essential. Experience in the B2B sector & with customer resources will be preferred.
4. Good communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment
6. Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
