Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

• Support the organization’s growth by building data-driven products.
• Design, development, and implementation of dashboards and reports, with a focus on automation and actionability.
• Ensuring that the dashboards are refreshed.
• Proactive problem solver with a desire to collaborate with others and develop better product solutions for continuous improvement.
• Must be able to analyze data and processes, find creative solutions, generate reports, and present findings to upper management and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and best practice reporting solutions for internal stakeholders using MS Power BI.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand data and reporting needs and to define requirements.
• Collaborate with different teams within the business, to provide timely and successful issue resolution.
• Maintain and improve existing visualizations.
• Build data models based on business requirements.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and data extract requests using pre-existing data models.
• Continue professional and technical growth through corporate and personnel initiatives.
