Job Summary:
▪ Medium-term Plan (MTP) and Annual Plan (AP) business strategy formulation
▪ Project investment approval
▪ New business development project
Job Responsibilities:
▪ Devise strategy for MTP and AP of the business under supervision
▪ Analyze company performance, KPIs and suggest actions for performance improvement
▪ Evaluate overall project investment both financials & non-financials and make recommendation to the management for approval
▪ Facilitate with related parties to drive business improvement & new business development project
▪ Develop financial models, business models, or new business plan to support strategic initiatives
▪ Other assigned related tasks
▪ Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Engineering, Science & Technology or related fields.
▪ At least 3-5 years of work experience in Business Planning, Business Development, Project Investment Analysis or Financial Planning & Analysis.
▪ Good command of English (TOEIC >/= 650 or equivalent language proficiency level)
▪ Have a commercial sense and investment knowledge - Good knowledge in finance and accounting.
▪ Service minded, strong interpersonal skill and good management skills in organizing, managing and communication
▪ Able to handle things under pressure management situation
▪ Positive thinking and eagerness to learn
