Recruiting 02 C&B Executive
1.1.1. C & B policy:
- Ensure correct interpretation and implementation of C&B policy at each level of the organization.
- Immediately propose opinions and solutions for review current C&B policies alignment with actual labour market.
- Immediately propose and implement all necessary actions to improve effectiveness of all C&B program.
1.1.2. C & B Process:
- Check and supervise the timekeeping and implementation of labor regulations on working hours of all employees. Manage the leave, compensatory leave, overtime and other regimes according to the internal rules and regulations of the enterprise. Calculating and carrying out procedures for monthly salary and bonus payments and on holidays and Tet.
- Organize, store, organize, update and preserve salary records, promotion and promotion documents, salary increase proposal, salary reduction discipline, handover file upon resignation and other related documents to salary. Coordinate, monitor and manage the company's welfare policy system.
- Monitor and update data on increase and decrease of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and compare with the social insurance agency monthly. Complete the documents, procedures and contact the social insurance agency for employees to participate and direct the social insurance and health insurance regimes in accordance with regulations. Prepare a number of documents related to the work of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance.
- Make a list of employees who must pay income tax, write personal income tax receipts for employees (if any), tax settlement and other related procedures.
- Proposing to develop policies, welfare regimes, policies on salary, reward, regulations, regulations, ... of the Enterprise.
- Update the legal provisions on regimes, policies and salaries to promptly supplement and amend the regimes and policies of the corporation in accordance with the provisions of law.
- Answer all questions related to salary policy and other related issues. Manage the payroll to ensure that all the monthly salary payments are made accurately and timely.
- Other tasks as required by direct manager.

- Strong background in human resource and at least 1 years in payroll/ C&B management.

- Good interpersonal skill.
- Good computer skill.
- Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration or related field;
- Requires integrity and honesty, highly self-confident
