I. HR Admin Tasks
Prepare labor contract and C&B related documents
Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal
Support the C&B Team Manager in on-boarding and termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related department, exit interview and onboard/off-board checklist
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data base as well as completion of employee’s personal profile
II. Payroll (internal staff and service contracted people)
Coordinate with department to get approved timesheet for monthly payroll Calculate monthly payroll and get all required approval for payment Process monthly payroll payment
Send monthly payslip to employees.
III. Others
Support the C&B Team Manager in managing and communicating KPIs
Generate and submit periodically reports to local authorities at their requests
Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
