A. JOB PURPOSE:
B. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Payroll
Process, review and verify payroll for employees using payroll systems, including hours worked, allowances, benefits, deductions, sales incentives and taxes. (Greenchicken and Genetics)
Prepare and distribute payroll reports on the last day of month at the latest.
Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees.
Make payment to Social Insurance authority and Trade Union authority.
Resolve payroll issues and inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies.
Ensure compliance with state and local payroll laws and regulations.
Maintain and update payroll records and files.
2. Personal income tax
Process personal income tax declaration and payment periodically and annual finalization.
Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly.
3. Premium health care insurance
Monthly and ad-hoc reporting to the vendor.
Support employees in claim process and documents when required.
4. Audit
Provide the documents and data requested by the internal and external auditor.
5. Reporting
Monthly reporting on headcount and personnel cost.
Ad-hoc reporting related to headcount and cost to company as requested.
6. Others
Assist all activities related to HR or company events.
Other duties as assigned by C&B manager / HRM / HRD.
C. RESULTS:
Salary is paid timely and accurate.
Monthly report and other relevant reports are conducted in good quality and timely
All PIT is finalized each year on time and accurately.
Successful annual policy renewals, timely reports to the vendor.
Ensure documents are provided fully and on time as requested.
Reports are sent out promptly.
Ensure all tasks are completed as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCES:
At least three years of experience in payroll and reward management or compensation and benefits.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and HRIS is a plus.
Strong knowledge of reward principles, practices, and methodologies, as well as the relevant laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
LANGUAGES:
Vietnamese & Immediate level in English
