Check, verify and finalize time attendance of all employees to ensure accurate working hours, leave submission.
Consolidate time & attendance data for monthly salary calculation
Manage employees' poor timekeeping management
Keep track overtime submission included overtime by cash/ time off in lieu (check and verify overtime before confirm overtime for payment)
Consolidate monthly overtime data for salary calculation
Prepare monthly overtime reports for management and managers or other report as per request.
Coordinate with all divisions, analyze and propose KPI of Overtime/Annual leave
Manage overtime of divisions by reporting monthly and making recommendation to manager in order to optimize overtime
Keep track of leave submission (annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave….), check, verify and confirm leave
Finalize leave data for salary calculation
Work with line managers to establish an annual leave plan for employees, monitor implementation of the plan through monthly/quarterly reports to managers, and highlight leave taken status.
Act as an administrator for Time & Attendance system to ensure on time in full updates, generate reports, and maintain the highest data accuracy.
Identify limitation/errors and recommend solution to improve systems and procedures."
Record employee information, such as new hired contract ,contract renewal, transfers, and resignations, salary & allowance changes in month to update payroll records.
To make monthly reports and proceed payment of compulsory insurance to Social Department
To manage social insurance books and health insurance cards (register for new issues, close for employees to resign,...).
To receive and guide employees to provide the required documents and following procedures with the Social Insurance Department to claim benefits of social insurance... for employees (such as illness, maternity, accident, retirement, death ...).
To guide and answer questions about policies and insurance regimes for employee
Follow monthly payable account with Social Insurance Department
A Bachelor's degree of Accounting, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or related area.
1-3 years of experience in C&B or relevant fields, preferably in international companies (have both Vietnamese and Expatriate Staffs) in manufacturing/oil & gas.
Skill:
Good analytical skills.
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Good Communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
