Implement instructions from superiors regarding salary and benefits
Control work tables of departments in the factory
Calculate salary and salary-based benefits according to company procedures, synthesize and submit monthly payroll (coordinate with accounting to check)
Update and store employee salary data
Manage employee records related to salaries
Prepare and submit payments for leave and maternity leave benefits for employees
Labor contract management (new signing, re-signing, ...)

Graduated from University with majors: Business Administration, Human Resource Management,...
Have knowledge of human resources work at the enterprise for 5 years or more
Hold a similar position for at least 2 years or 1 year at an MNC
Good ability to interact with departments
