KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the recruitment of Local and Expat Cambridge teachers to fulfil orders from Central Academic Team.
• Daily responsibility for administrative tasks within the Cambridge Talent Acquisition Team.
WORK DETAILS
Reporting to the HR Manager – Cambridge Talent Acquisition & Retention, with immediate supervision by the Cambridge Local Talent Acquisition Supervisor, the Cambridge TA & Administrative Executive is responsible for the following, non-exhaustive list, of responsibilities:
A. RECRUITMENT
• Search, screen and interview candidates – primarily Local, but also Expats as needed – in line with VAS policy.
• Ensure accurate updating of VAS ATS and other relevant tracking tools.
• Recruit new teachers in accordance with orders from the Central Academic Team (CAT) within the required timelines to ensure continued academic excellence within the Company.
• Work with Campus Management teams to ensure effective recruitment.
• Collect required documents from candidates and prepare Employment Confirmation (ECs).
• Sign contracts and other related documents with new hires on campuses.
B. SUMMER CAMP
• Collect summer unpaid leave form from current local teachers and TAs.
• Support the team in coordinating the contract signing with summer position holders
C. ADMINISTRATION
• In charge of Background Check and keep tracking.
• Keep track of Employment Confirmation - ECs (input into files, scan, send to C&B, etc.).
• Receive contracts/offer letters/ appendixes from C&B.
• Prepare onboarding documents for new hires (agreements, tax registration form, etc.).
• Work with IT Helpdesk to create new emails for new hires.
• Work with Vietcombank to open VCB account for new hires (primarily expats).
• Keep track of Probation Evaluation Form.
• Prepare payment proposals (payment for vendors, teachers' referral fee, etc…).
D. OTHER DUTIES
• Identify and suggest solutions to challenges that support the business operationally.
• At all times ensure a balance between stakeholder requirements and Company policy.
• Work effectively with other teams in Human Resources and other departments within the Company.
• Support HR Manager – Cambridge Talent Acquisition & Retention with any Vietnamese language requirements to include, but not be limited to, acting as a liaison with external Vietnamese speaking partners such as Vietcombank.
• Represent Human Resources, and the Company, in a professional manner at all times.
• Any other duties assigned by the HR Manager – Cambridge Talent Acquisition & Retention or Cambridge Local Talent Acquisition Supervisor.

A. General requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (ideally in HR, Business etc)
