Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for a specific banking product
Main duties:
- Take ownership of a specific product within the bank and develop a comprehensive product marketing strategy.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Work closely with compliance, legal, and risk management teams to ensure marketing content adheres to financial regulations and industry standards.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales targets.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with banking regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting campaign effectiveness and key learnings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, and financial service.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
- Familiarity with SEM and SEO best practices for digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
