Job Description

1. Admin

• Follow up payment request for monthly payment
• Tracking and preparing payment request for printings
• Sending documents to supplier
• Contract preparation monthly
• Support printings POSM for site

2. Finance

• Tracking MKT monthly’s expense and report
• Submit GDB monthly

3. CRM

• Responsible for responding on social media message and comments
• Support MKT team to do survey at sites

Job Requirement

• 3rd year or 4th year student in Bachelor Degree of MKT, PR, Sales or any relevant fields
• Good skills in communication
• Exeperience in F&B industry and knowledge about coffee, night-life
• Customer centric mindset
• Dynamic, hard working, passion
• English reading and writing
