Manage the operations of the ASM/Business Supervisor/Employees
Build, develop and expand relationships, good cooperation with partners
Train and guide ASM/Business Supervisors in employee management, negotiation skills and relationship building
Propose, build promotions, commission policies, sales suitable for partners
Ensure smooth operations at the point of sale
Build and regularly update the process for the sales network
Ensure the point of sale properly applies all the company's programs
Control the budget in the area you manage
Job Requirement
Education level, certification:
Graduated university
Male / Female, from 30-40 years old.
Balanced appearance, good-looking.
Experience:
05 years of experience in business, finance-banking industry with at least 03 years of experience in the role ASM of installment sales channel.
Have knowledge of market development, Finance, Sales and marketing
Skills:
Leadership skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Staff training and coaching skills
Can work independently and under high pressure
Ready to work
Have a team spirit and ability to build a team
Preference will be given to candidates with good English
