1.1 Operations & Quality Management
Oversee the overall daily operations of the center, including customer service.
Monitor and improve the quality of offline class operations (class schedules, facilities, and learner experience).
1.2 Financial Management
Track and manage the center’s daily and monthly income and expenses.
Control operating costs and propose solutions to optimize the budget.
1.3 Facilities & Vendor Management
Manage the center’s facilities, equipment, and assets.
Work with vendors (office supplies, equipment, repairs, cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
Monitor equipment conditions and propose purchases, repairs, or replacements when necessary.
1.4 Other Administrative Tasks
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
College or University graduate (no specific major required).
Good command of English.
4–5 years of experience in roles such as Office Supervisor, Office Assistant, Store Manager, or equivalent positions.
Strong overall management mindset with attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
Good skills in working with vendors, including tracking and controlling tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Basic knowledge of cost management and preparation of income–expense reports.
Careful, proactive, flexible, with good problem-solving skills.
