Job Description
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Assist of organizing event/party on some special occasions
- Sourcing and work with supplier in some small projects
- Screen calls, inquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate
- Manage travel arrangement
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
- Process paperwork related to Director/BOD's payments

English fluent

Can work fulltime from Mon - Fri, 8:00AM - 17:00PM
