OBJECTIVE

- This position is responsible for ensuring of internal communication system of departments operation with BOD effectively and smart.

- Providing general direction to another team well.

- Support and follow up the AOP/KPI of departments to meet the Company

- Follow up projects and work with another department deadline commitment

1.       Education

-        Vietnamese with University Degree in Law.

-        Strong International regulations knowledge and local laws

-        Have an excellent knowledge of INCOTERMS / INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT

-        This position must speaking, listening and writing ENGLISH excellent

-        Candidate has achieved deadline, commitment

-        Have a good of knowledge of problems solving

-        Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, ERP

2.      Experience

-        Experience in Personal assistant

-        Experience in legal management such as review international & local contracts is MUST

-        Experience in KPIs or AOP is a plus 

-        Experience in projects management such as infrastructure, information technology (IT), sub-contractors…

-        Strong pro-active, details in job

-        Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit

-        Logical thinking

-        Data analysis and thinking

-        Solid presentation report

3.      Skills

-        Good organization & planning skill

-        Good interpersonal/intercultural skills

-        Can do multi tasks

-        Report skill of Power BI

-        Strong project management skill

Location: District 07, Ho Chi Minh City (business sometime)

Direct supervisor: CEO

Working time: Monday to Friday: from 08:00am – 17:00pm (Saturday: from 08:00am – 12:00am)
