Responsibilities
Develop and implement high-level strategies and plans.
Expand and develop the company's business
Make major corporate decisions in collaboration with the board of directors.
Manage the company’s resources efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the community.
Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
Ensure all company activities align with its mission and vision.
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Act as the primary spokesperson for the company.

Job Requirement
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions within a similar industry.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
Strong of business development. Experience in manufacturing and exporting
Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
Master’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
