GENERAL INFORMATION

• Position: Chief Accountant
• Level: Manager
• Work location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Working time:
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:00.
  • Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00.
• Industry: Logistics, ship agent and Trading
• Probation: 2 months (85% gross salary).
• Bonus, incentives, benefits: According to Labor Law.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage accounting books, periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) according to accounting standards and legal regulations
• Ensure accounting transactions are accurately and fully accounted for the operations of the company and its branches and affiliates.
• Manage reports according to tax policies and accounting regimes as prescribed by law.
• Monitor and control costs and payments related to logistics activities, shipping agencies, and other commercial and service activities.
• Analyze the financial situation of the Company, provide cash flow forecasts, and appropriate solutions for the Board of Directors.
• Concurrently manage the company's human resources and administration.
• Reconcile detailed and aggregated data between departments, branches, and headquarters.
• Detailed work will be discussed during the interview.
• (We prioritize candidates with experience in the field of international and domestic freight forwarding, shipping agency, and maritime services)

Job Requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: at least 5 years of experience in the position of chief accountant
• Have a chief accountant certificate according to the provisions of law.
• Gender: Male/Female
• Careful, patient, honest and having a sense of responsibility high in work.
• Graduated from University or higher in accounting, auditing, and finance.
• Understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and current tax regulations.
• Know the company's work process.
• Fluent in English.
• Priority for women from 30-40 years old.
