Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead the marketing function for a leading F&B company with a significant store network. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels (digital, social, in-store, PR, etc.) to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and retention, and increase market share.
  • Brand Building & Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and resonance with target audiences.
  • Revenue & Profitability: Drive sales growth, traffic, and profitability across the entire store network and for individual product lines.
  • Market Expansion: Partner with the executive team to define, develop, and execute successful market entry strategies for new markets within Asia.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in the F&B industry, with a strong preference for multi-unit retail, restaurant, or related businesses.
  • Strategic Acumen: A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience across all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, in-store marketing, promotions, CRM, loyalty programs, and event marketing.
  • Business Acumen: Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable business results (e.g., ROI, customer lifetime value).
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  • International Experience: Experience working in international markets, particularly within Asia, is highly preferred.
  • Fluency: Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
