Provide direct interpretation during meetings, seminars, or work sessions with Chinese-speaking partners and clients.
Act as a language bridge, facilitating communication between stakeholders both locally and internationally, ensuring information is conveyed accurately and efficiently.
Translate documents, contracts, reports, and other related materials from Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa.
Draft administrative documents and other materials related to the execution of contract signings (in Chinese).
Manage, organize, and track all project documentation for the Project Management Department (e.g., Administrative Documents, Design & Construction Consulting Contracts, Contractor Agreements, etc.) for each project.
Collaborate with the project team to monitor progress and ensure that activities are completed on time.
Organize regular or ad-hoc meetings as required by the project and compile work reports.
Monitor budget and expense reports.
Prepare payment proposals, track payments, and settle construction project documentation, handling any arising procedures with relevant suppliers for project items
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language or related fields.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (HSK 5 or higher, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and Vietnamese. Candidates with additional English proficiency will be preferred.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in interpretation, especially in project assistant or project management roles.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Personality: Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible in work.
