This position is responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding MSC’s Chinese - speaking customer base in Vietnam by promoting MSC’s services as a brand, executing MSC’s business plan, providing strong customer services to clients.
This role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable shipping solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Canvass cargo for all trade to achieve target lifting via telemarketing and daily sales visit.
Manage and develop MSC clients.
Do market research and update to Chinese Sales Manager.
Establish good relationship with shippers to provide info to Trade Coordinator to update to account owner, gain OCA biz + selling VAS.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales plans
Attend regular sales meetings to align with team goals and objectives.

Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
Good in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
