• Make and folow the status of business contract for IT department
• Make daily/weekly IT report for other departments in company
• Support on making annual business plan
• Interprete/Translate in the meeting and document as requested (English)
• Manage IT documents and IT assets (software license, hardware...)
• Make documents for payment (Make reports, validate monthly and yearly IT invoices)
• Support IT about administrative task such as meeting requests, meeting preparation,projectors,.... and write minutes of meeting.
• Tracking and Monitoring IT budget
• Other requirements from managers
• Good understanding of the different types of contracts
• Good basic understanding of IT field
• MOS, especially Excel skill, making report on powerpoint
• Time management
• Part qualified accountant
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Administrative skills (diary systems, filing systems, arrange meetings, produce minutes/agenda…)
• English: Business fluent
