· Responsible for meeting territory revenue growth as set by management.
· Researches potential customers and qualified contacts on his/her own accord
· Completes monthly meeting requirement with new prospects and existing customers as agreed upon with direct manager.
· Plans customer visits and creates a plan of action.
· Visits current and potential customers and carries out sales conversations with the goal of obtaining new & cross sales
· Keeps update CRM with customer data, opportunities, and leads.
· Timely follow up on requests for information from Head of Sales
· Creates sales presentations for potential customers
· Completes follow up on potential customers.
· Maintains all current market data on competition and forwards any observations to Head of Sales
· Provide weekly report to Head of sales and attend bi-weekly sales meeting
· Attends sales training, and other job related meetings.
· Stays abreast of the latest developments in the market and new products or services of SF Express as well as those of the competition.
· Represents the corporation at trade-fairs and conventions;
· Be available for national and international business trips, if applicable
· Ability to formulate, communicate, and implement short and long term strategies.
